SMS terms and privacy
Disclosure version sms-2026-10-07. This page applies only to text messages. Our general privacy notice covers everything else.
What messages you will receive
Verity Assurance sends text messages about a coverage request you submitted to us: replies to your question, appointment and callback reminders, document requests, and enrollment-period follow-up.
How you opt in
You only receive text messages if you check the separate text-message box on our contact form and provide a mobile number. The box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, application, or service from Verity Assurance. You can ask a coverage question without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your request. You should expect no more than a few messages per month in the ordinary course.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
How to get help
Reply HELP for help, or contact Verity Assurance using the details on our contact page. You can also call (305) 417-8984.
Your mobile number and your consent
Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages will not be sold or shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Records we keep
When you consent to text messages we record the date and time, the method of consent, and the version of this disclosure you were shown. We store a cryptographic hash of that disclosure text rather than a copy, so the exact terms you agreed to can be verified later without duplicating your personal details.
