CLEAR GUIDANCE, CAREFUL RECORDS

How Verity works.

Understand what an educational guide, plan record, request, application, and issued policy each mean.

01

Start with a coverage question

Choose an insurance topic and explore the decisions, definitions, costs, and limitations that matter. You can learn before sharing identifying information.

02

Understand comparisons and eligibility

Read product-specific guidance and, where source-backed plan data exists, examine records with their market, plan year and source. Not every listing is a live quote.

03

Request appropriately scoped guidance

When you want help, send a short request. The team must check product availability, state licensing, insurer appointment and the correct enrollment path before giving regulated assistance.

04

Use authorized application channels

The issuing insurer, Marketplace or other authorized authority ultimately controls eligibility, applications, underwriting, enrollment and policy issuance. Submitted does not mean approved.

05

Keep service information connected

Verity is developing connected customer and agent workflows. Availability of particular portal features depends on production configuration and authorization.

Transparency matters

Coverage education does not guarantee that Verity represents every available carrier or product. Plan and price details are only authoritative when tied to a verified provider, year, geography and source. Verity is not affiliated with Medicare, CMS, HealthCare.gov, or a government agency. Never send medical records, Social Security numbers or sensitive financial documents through the public contact form.
